Smoking and its Negative Effects

Smoking is a very bad habit. It affects your health, it smells bad and affects everyone around you. There are many people who smoke in different types and shapes. Smoking affects all body parts. It causes harm to your heart, mouth, and lungs. It’s one of the factors that increase the risk of cancer and death in the world.

My father is a smoker and has smoked since he was 16. We asked him frequently to stop smoking but he didn't stop. He suffers from different health conditions. He has problems with his teeth and gum as well as the bad smell of cigarette smoking. His doctor also reported that his lung is very tired because of smoking. He has breathing problems and suffers from sleeping problems. A few months ago, he needed to go through heart surgery. He is fine now but his doctor recommended many steps to protect his heart and health and the most important one is to stop smoking. We were so worried about him during the Covid-19 pandemic because his immunity and the oxygen in his lungs are low. In addition to that, my little brother suffered from breathing problems because he is a negative smoker. If you are a smoker or know anyone who smokes, try to stop smoking as soon as possible to protect your health and to protect the people around you from the negative effects of smoking. Don't forget to ask your health care professional for help. I think we now have so many centers that spread awareness and help you stop smoking.

Smoking is dangerous to health and the environment. If you are a smoker, ask for help, have a good and healthy plan and you will see the benefits clearly on your body and everyone around you. I hope all smokers stop smoking and have a healthy and pure life.
