Happiness

Happiness! This state is very hard to explain, and it would not be summarized in one word or two. As we stated at the beginning, it is a state, and a way of living. You only have the choice to be happy or not. We have to mention that many things around us are part of our happiness, so this essay highlights some of them in a way of a story.

I am Nada, and I am 15 years old. I love birds, especially, canary birds. While walking to my school every day, I hear birds singing in the early morning. I love their sounds so much. I see a jasmine tree, I take like five minutes to sit under it and to enjoy the smell. At school, I spend an amazing time with my friends. We keep laughing and eating. I got back home with my father because he used to drive me every day to home. We chat a little bit, and sometimes we have a quick lunch break together. All those tiny moments are part of my happiness. It is not necessarily to be a millionaire to be happy. Happiness doesn’t equal money, there is no comparison. Our teacher Anas told us to describe happiness in one word, I said” my mom”. Once I see my mom all things I am thinking of suddenly disappear. She is sharing with us her life, and she keeps giving. This is another story; giving! I feel happy when I give. You can give money, clothes, touchable things, but at the same time, you can give emotions, good words, or even a smile. You would realize the flavor of happiness once you give others. “ Give more, Take less”.

Finally, don’t someone to make you happy. Create your happiness by yourself.
