On the Weekend
Spending time with your family is the best thing you can do, and you can’t do this unless you have extra time during your day. This could be only done on the weekend. This essay displays a weekend routine for one of the students called Ibrahim.
Ibrahim has two sisters and one brother, so they are 5. His grandma Jamila lives with them. All the family agreed that they will make a new activity every weekend such as going to the park, eating lunch together, or even watching a movie together. Ibrahim is an 11-grade student, and he is always busy preparing for his final examinations. He dedicated one day as a free day for him to enjoy the time with the family. Fridays were the solution. He started his weekend on Thursday night by watching a movie with his little brothers. They create amazing movie vibes. On Friday, they wake up early to have a very delicious breakfast such as Manaqeesh, falafel, or pancakes. After that, Ibrahim and his father go to pray Al Juma’a. Once they are back home, Ibrahim and his grandma play chess together till Ibrahim’s uncle comes. The family normally ends the night by sitting around the table playing cards and drinking hot chocolate. On Saturday, Ibrahim spends his day doing the homework and teaching his little brothers. In addition, he takes math classes because he is not good at math, and on his way, he meets his friends Salem and Musleh.
Finally, don’t say “I don’t have time to spend with my family”! Dedicate at least 30 minutes everyday to see them. Appreciate those moments because they would not last for the rest of your life. Utilize the days of the weekend, and do something fun with your parents and your brothers.
