Freedom
Each of us has duties and rights. They must be appropriate in the interest of the individual and society. Examples of duties are: respecting the law, preserving public property, and not harming others. On the other hand, examples of rights include rights to education, health care, safety, and freedom. Freedom guarantees a person to live in dignity. In this essay, I will talk about it, its importance, and its rules.
Freedom means that a person lives a life that others do not control, or impose on him things he does not want to do. Freedom also means that a person is the master of himself, and does things in his own way, without negatively affecting others. It is also defined as not placing restrictions on a person's thoughts and actions, in a way that prevents him from thinking and acting as he wants. Freedom includes many aspects, including beliefs, speech, work, movement, housing. With regard to freedom of speech, it means that a person has the right to express his opinions from his own point of view on various matters. As for the freedom of housing, it means that a person can live in any place that suits him and where he is comfortable. While freedom of movement means that a person can move from one place to another without being hindered by anything. Freedom is essential for both individuals and society. For individuals, freedom allows them to think and be creative. It also teaches them responsibility and making the right decisions. For society, it thrives and progresses by what its members achieve as a result of their freedom.
Despite the great importance of freedom, it has many rules. Such as: not causing harm to others, and being compatible with the values of society, and affecting the individual and society positively. Therefore, we have to use the right of freedom in our interest, to maintain its sublime meaning.
