Solar Energy
Electricity is an indispensable thing in our life. We depend on it for almost everything. Including home, work, entertainment, and even communication with others. There are many sources that are used to generate electricity. One of them is solar energy. In this essay, I will talk about this type of energy, along with its benefits and impact on our lives.
One day, my friend invited me to lunch at his house. Upon my arrival, I noticed blue panels covering the roof of the house. When I asked him about them, he told me they are solar panels. They convert the energy from the sun into electricity. My friend suggested that we ask his father about this topic for more information. He told us that the first source of energy that humans used was the sun. It provides them with light and heat. After the discovery of other sources of energy, the pollution resulting from those sources began to harm the planet. Therefore, many people have turned to using clean energy sources that do not destroy the environment. Solar energy is a clean and renewable source of energy. It does not emit greenhouse emissions or run out. I asked my friend's father about the benefits of relying on solar energy. He told me that it generates electricity for various purposes in the house. Such as lighting rooms, heating water, and operating electrical appliances. There are factories that use it to run machines. Some cars are solar-powered. It also can be used for lighting streets and public places. The solar panels do not need fuel, and they do not make any noise when they are working. Solar energy reduces the electricity bill, and allows us to benefit from its limitless advantages without fear of the future.
I decided to rely on solar energy, and other renewable energy sources, in my home in the future. I will also make sure to educate my family and friends about its importance and benefits, and I will encourage them to use it instead of polluting energy sources. This is to protect our planet and live safely on it.
