How I Improved Your English
I have always loved English language. However, my English was poor. One day, I decided to work on my language. I consulted with my teachers, and did research online on ways that could help me make my language better. I succeeded in this, and became proficient in English. In this essay, I will talk about how I improved my language, as well as the importance of it.
English is the official language of many countries in the world. Moreover, It is the language of many vital fields. Such as tourism, business, technology, and education. For this, I had to improve my English by improving the four basic skills of this language, which include reading, writing, speaking, and listening. For reading, I set aside a portion of my time each day to read various English texts. Such as books, newspapers, and even information on products. As for writing, I made sure to practice it daily by writing my diary in English. While I improved my conversation skill by practicing it in front of the mirror and with my friends who are good at English. For listening, I improved it through listening to English songs and videos without looking at the subtitles. As I worked on improving all of these skills, I would write down the new words I learned in a notebook. I used these words in writing and in everyday conversations. This method helped me express my thoughts better, and made me feel more confident when using English in front of others.
I believe that English will be the language of the future. Those who are not good at it may face many difficulties. It is great that there is one language that people of different nationalities use to communicate with each other and exchange ideas and opinions. This will allow us to learn more about the world and its cultures. So, I decided to help my friends and family improve their English. To be part of this future.
