A Place I Love
Nature is my favorite place. I like to sit in nature with someone I love. I go there to meditate, and to hear my inner voice. Nature is the best place if you feel that your life is messy, and you need to stop all the external sounds around you. I normally take with me something to drink, and I take a snack. I like to spend my time there lying on the grassland while watching the stars at night. I don’t do this very often, but once I do it, I write everything I see in my journal.
The place I want to describe is Umm Al-Namel. It is a fascinating, popular picnic area which is located in Irbid. We went last Monday, the weather was really good and sunny. When we reached the place, we saw many people there picnicking, barbecuing, and enjoying the weather. The area there was a perfect description of the word “ Nature”. We made a pot of tea, and we observed the sunset. We left Umm Al-Namel at 7:00 p.m after having a tasty barbecue alongside salads. Another place we went to is The Children's Museum Jordan which is located in Al Hussain Public Parks in Amman. We had a great time there since we experienced a lot of things, and we learned many things without lecturing. For instance, there was a huge model of the human digestive system, and once you go in, you will be able to identify all the parts. There was a guide with us who told us many stories about many sections. Moreover, there was a section for kids’ books. We bought some stories, and magazines, and they are super interesting.
I am not that good at describing places, but I describe my experience, and the joy I get at some places like both of the areas that I mentioned above.
