How to Make a Pizza: Easy Homemade Pizza Recipe
Pizza is one of my favorite dishes. It tastes delicious and is easy to prepare. I prefer homemade pizza. In this essay, I will tell you about my mother' s pizza recipe, and the ingredients you will need to make it.
To make a pizza, there are three things you have to prepare. They include the dough, the sauce, and the toppings. To make pizza dough, mix a cup of warm milk and 2 teaspoons of yeast in a bowl. Then cover the mixture with plastic wrap for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, take another bowl and add two and a half cups of flour. Add to the bowl the milk and yeast mixture, a pinch of salt, and 1 tablespoon of the oil. Mix the ingredients well until the dough becomes smooth and elastic. Cover the dough for 15 minutes before using it to make pizza. The next step is to make pizza sauce. You have to mix some ingredients in a blender. These ingredients are a kilo of peeled tomatoes, 4 tablespoons of tomato paste, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 6 cloves of garlic, 4 teaspoons of oregano, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of salt. After preparing the dough and sauce, spread the dough on a tray. Spread the sauce over the dough as desired. The third step is to add the toppings. Add any ingredients you like. Such as chopped vegetables, cheese, olives, salami, chicken, mushrooms, seafood, pickles, and sweet corn. Finally, bake the pizza in a preheated oven, at 240 degrees C for 15 minutes until it is cooked.
Pizza is a filling meal. However, we should avoid eating pizza that contains unhealthy ingredients, such as high-calorie toppings. This is to keep us healthy and enjoy this dish.
