Tourism is traveling to different places with the aim of having fun and discovering new things. I recently learned about the benefits of tourism and learned new things about it. In this essay, I will talk about my experience and tips for promoting tourism.
When I go on trips with my family or friends, I always see tourists. One time, a question occurred to me. I wondered why they chose our country to visit its tourist destinations. Although they certainly come from countries where there are destinations as well. So I decided to ask them directly about it. I met one of the tour groups. The people there were kind and answered all my questions. The first question was about tourism itself. I asked why they spend their time visiting other countries instead of doing some other activity. They told me that they prefer tourism because it is an opportunity to learn about things they hear about and to see them up close. Tourism is also an opportunity to learn about different people and cultures. I asked them about the things that interest them as tourists and encourage them to tourism. They said that there are many things that interest them. Like interacting with the local people and experiencing their way of life. In addition to visiting the most popular destinations in the places they travel to. They may be monuments, natural places, museums, markets, castles, and others. And when I asked them about the importance of tourism from their point of view. They told me it brings benefits to everyone, including tourists, and the country they visit. Examples of these benefits include: supporting the local economy, learning new information, having new experiences, trying local dishes, and learning words from other languages.
Meeting those foreign tourists taught me that promoting tourism in our country is essential. That is why we have to present a bright picture of our societies. In addition to reserving places that attract tourists.
