The animal kingdom is a fascinating world. I have always been interested in its unique animals. My father is a biologist/interested in biology. He is interested in the study of all living things, such as animals and plants. He told me about an amazing animal, which is the tiger. In this essay, I will talk about the information I learned, that may surprise you.

The tiger is a predator. This means it is a dangerous animal, and people cannot approach it. There are nine types of tigers. Three of these types are extinct, which means that six types still exist. Examples of the types of tigers include: White Tiger, Bengal Tiger, South China Tiger, and Siberian Tiger. The body of the tiger is covered with stripes. There are three colors for tigers. They may be golden with stripes similar to cinnamon in color. Or they may be white with dark stripes, such as black. Also, there are other tigers that are orange and have black stripes. On the other hand, the tiger can reach 3 meters in length. While its weight may reach 300 kilograms. The tiger has strong and flexible muscles in its chest, back, and legs. These muscles are important for the tiger to survive, hunt, run, and swim. Today, tigers live in specific places in the world. Such as: India, Vietnam, Russia, Malaysia, Indonesia and Cambodia. Many people may think that tigers also live in Africa. But in fact, tigers have never lived there.

The tiger is a strong animal. It symbolizes strength, courage, and self-confidence. The tiger is an endangered animal. This is because it has been hunted, and its habitats have been destroyed. For this, there must be serious efforts to protect it from the dangers that threaten its existence in the world.
