My Future Self
They say that the future is uncertain. But I believe that a person can shape his future however he wants. He can do this through commitment, hard work, and ambition. In this essay, I will talk about my future self. I will talk about the things I aspire to achieve, and the lifestyle I want to live.
For me, the future is the stages of my life that I will live through when I become an adult. I don't know what the world will be like in the future. But I hope there will be peace, and my loved ones and I will be fine. I am very excited about the future. There are so many things I want to achieve. I want to be a better person and have a strong personality. In the future, I want to be loved by people, and always help them. For this, I will participate in campaigns to help the poor and needy. I have not yet decided what job I want in the future. But I aspire to work in a position that suits my strong personality and self-confidence. I want to do something that helps humanity. Like inventing a cure for a disease, or a device to predict earthquakes before they happen. In the future, I will build a house in the countryside. This may take years. But in the end, I will live a quiet and peaceful life in it with my family, far from the noise of cities. Traveling around the world is another thing I see my future self doing. I will discover different cultures, and I will pass on my experiences to others who cannot travel. In addition, I will make friends from all nationalities, and learn many languages.
My teacher once told me that a person's present tells a lot about his future. A person who is hardworking in the present will succeed in the future. That is why I will never give up hardwork, nor will I give up on my goals. To become the person I want to be in the future.
